Senior Quantity Surveyor

An established chartered surveying consultancy in London is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and support the team across a broad range of projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall carry out a diverse, multi disciplinary role including QS, EA, and Project Management services whilst managing multiple projects and taking on a client facing role.

Project wise, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on a myriad of projects, pre and post contract, including newbuild housing developments, commercial, school extensions, and various commissions for banks.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

* MRICS or 6+ years Quantity Surveying experience (or both)

* Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar

* Pre and post contract experience

* Comfortable carrying out a QS/EA/PM role

* A successful track record of running multiple projects

* Client facing

* £65,000 – £70,000
