Site Supervisor

DCT Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for an ongoing project based in Central London (EC4V). The successful candidate will oversee ventilation installation and fabrication works on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising the installation of ductwork and ventilation systems

Coordinating teams of fitters and subcontractors

Ensuring all works are completed to specification, on time and in line with health and safety requirements

Liaising with project managers, site managers, and other trades

Assisting with hands-on work when required

Requirements:

Valid CSCS card (Supervisor level preferred)

Proven experience in a supervisory role within ventilation or ductwork projects

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

IPAF certification is desirable

Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 7am – 7pm (full shifts required)

Additional Information:

Rate: £30 per hour (CIS)

Saturday work (9am – 2pm) is optional and paid at time and a half
