Our client is looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead refurbishment and fit out projects across multiple sites — including heritage-listed and commercial buildings.
They are very busy with exciting new projects and need a Project Manager to deliver multiple new and existing projects
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver multiple projects (£40k–£3M) from tender to completion
* Manage tenders and contractor performance
* Ensure CDM and health & safety compliance
* Liaise with internal teams and resolve site issues
* Work closely with client to ensure best value
* Forecast budgets and deliver accurate report
* Maintain governance and drive continuous improvement
* Manage site teams and sub contractors
Person specification
* Proven project management experience
* Strong knowledge of CDM and H&S regulations
* Excellent stakeholder and contractor coordination
* Financial and reporting acumen
* Experience with a Construction refurbishment or Facilities Management company
