Their work includes general construction, maintenance, and repair contracts, with a particular focus on HM Prisons, Hospitals, and Educational Institutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join a company that offers comprehensive training, progression to Senior roles and the chance to work on impactful, rewarding projects.
Your Role As A Estimator Will Include:
Preparing tender submissions for projects
Thorough knowledge of construction / refurb in their sectors
Ensure accurate risk assessmentsThe Successful Quantity Surveyor Will Have:
Background as an Estimator
Experience with refurb projects, ideally up to £2 million
RICS, BSc, BEng or CIOB qualification ideal
Full UK Driving Licence
