Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + Car or Car Allowance + Benefits

Role Overview
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will manage site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites.

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site teams.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Monitor and enforce health and safety standards on site.
*
Maintain accurate site records and reports.
*
Ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidate Requirements
*
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Site Manager role within the construction industry.

Qualifications:

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) – essential.
*
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card – essential.
*
First Aid at Work.
*
Degree, HNC, or HND in Construction Management or related discipline – desirable.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills.
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*
Proficient in using construction management software and project systems.
*
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Knowledge of current health and safety regulations and practices.
