Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of projects throughout all RIBA work stages
Work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project goals
Produce detailed design documentation and technically robust packages
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
Support and mentor junior team members, fostering professional development
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
ARB-registered Architect with significant post-Part 3 experience
In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Confidence managing projects from concept through to completion across all RIBA stages
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or ArchiCAD
A design-led mindset paired with excellent technical expertise
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to guide teams effectively
