Key Responsibilities:

Carry out RICS-compliant valuations of residential properties for purposes such as secured lending, acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio reviews.

Produce detailed market analysis and high-quality valuation reports.

Manage and strengthen client relationships, delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities for new business.

*

Support junior surveyors through mentoring and APC guidance.

*

Participate in business development and networking initiatives.

*

Keep current on local market trends, legislation, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

MRICS or FRICS qualified and a RICS Registered Valuer.

*

Strong track record in residential property valuation.

*

In-depth knowledge of valuation methodologies and relevant regulations.

*

Effective communicator with strong written reporting abilities.

*

Skilled in valuation software and Microsoft Office tools.

*

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as needed.
