Associate Quantity Surveyor

A medium-sized, multidisciplinary Property & Construction Consultancy in Manchester are looking to add an ambitious, client facing Associate Quantity Surveyor to their dynamic team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will ideally already be operating at a senior level within a consultancy environment, with the ability to deliver a breadth of QS services across a variety of sectors.

Initially taking on a large, complex Residential development in the city centre with an estimated contract value in the nine figures. Alongside this, you'll also work across various other sectors such as Retail, Commercial, Residential and Leisure.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to help grow the team, manage a team, deliver projects and help develop the business in a wider sense.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

MRICS ideally or currently working towards
Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
A strong Quantity Surveying background in a UK Consultancy
A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
Previous experience leading and growing a team would be advantageous
Experience / ability to manage complex, high-risk projectsIn Return?

£65,000 – £80,000 (dependent on experience)
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
