Location: Remote (Midlands, North England, Manchester) – candidates should ideally be based in these areas to meet client needs. Areas are subject to change.
The Role
Global Home Warranties Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Building Surveyor to join our growing team. You will provide professional advice on all aspects of property and construction, with primary responsibility for carrying out site inspections on properties registered by the company.
You will ensure developments comply with current building regulations and company standards, enabling insurance cover to be issued upon completion. As a brand ambassador, you will reflect Global Home Warranties’ values and ethos in every interaction.

The Individual
To be considered, applicants must demonstrate the following on their CV:
- Level 6 qualification in Building Surveying or equivalent.
- Proven experience in private residential construction from foundation through to completion.
- Strong working knowledge of current UK Building Regulations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
Role Details & Benefits
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 35 hours per week (flexibility required).
