Lead the design and delivery of complex building services projects across various sectors (commercial, education, healthcare, etc.)
Provide technical leadership and quality assurance throughout the design lifecycle
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering growth and technical development
Contribute to resource planning, fee proposals, and strategic decision-making
Stay abreast of industry trends and drive innovation in sustainable design practices🎯 What We're Looking For
Degree-qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
Proven experience in building services design and project delivery
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for mentoring
Chartered status (or working towards) with CIBSE, IMechE, or IET preferred
Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, IES, Dialux)
