Architectural Technician

We are recruiting for an experienced Architectural Technician to join our client's growing Architecture company. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years experience working as an Architectural Technician and have a good knowledge of current building regulations working on residential and commercial projects
Successful candidates should be prepared to work independently and as a team to ensure deadlines are met; possess strong organisation skills and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects. They must also have excellent communication skills and must remain flexible to changing priorities.
Responsibilities Include:
* Liaising with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
* Producing high-quality drawings using AutoCAD
* Providing advice and guidance on building regulations to internal and external contacts
* Ensuring a good quality of work is produced to meet deadlines
Requirements:
* Relevant qualification in HNC, HND or degree in Architectural Technology.
* At least 5 years of experience as an Architectural Technician.
* Strong AutoCAD skills.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Capable of producing computer generated visuals and 3D models.
