About the Role:

Our client is currently seeking a confident and experienced Site Supervisor to join their team on a prestigious project at Battersea Power Station. This is an exciting opportunity to work on one of London’s most iconic developments, with ongoing work available for the right candidate.

You will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring safety compliance, managing subcontractors, and maintaining smooth operations across a busy and high-profile site.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site operations and trades

*

Enforce health & safety procedures and conduct toolbox talks

*

Coordinate with site managers, engineers, and other stakeholders

*

Monitor quality of work and ensure tasks are completed to specification

*

Maintain accurate site records and daily logs

*

Support the delivery of project milestones on time and within scope

Requirements:

✅ Previous experience as a Site Supervisor on large or complex projects
✅ Valid CSCS card
✅ SSSTS or SMSTS
✅ First Aid at Work
✅ Excellent leadership and communication skills
✅ Able to work proactively and maintain high standards on a fast-paced site
