Role Overview
Our client is looking for a motivated Trainee/Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in construction and quantity surveying, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of projects. You will be supported by experienced professionals and will develop your skills in cost management, procurement, and project delivery within a sustainable building environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with preparing cost plans, budgets, and estimates for projects.
* Support senior quantity surveyors in procurement and tender processes.
* Monitor project costs and track variations, ensuring accurate reporting.
* Collaborate with project teams to maintain transparency and efficiency.
* Learn to manage contracts and documentation in line with industry standards.
