About the Role:

Our client is currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Site Foreman for ongoing works at the iconic Battersea Power Station development. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of one of London’s most prestigious and high-profile projects.

The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing daily site activities, coordinating trades, ensuring quality control, and maintaining health & safety standards across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate site operatives and subcontractors

*

Ensure works are delivered to high standards and within deadlines

*

Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with regulations

*

Conduct toolbox talks, site briefings, and daily reporting

*

Liaise with Site Managers and Project Management team

*

Supervise the use of materials, plant, and equipment

*

Monitor progress and resolve any on-site issues

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience as a Site Foreman on large-scale or high-spec projects
✅ Valid CSCS card
✅ SMSTS certification
✅ First Aid at Work
✅ Excellent leadership and organisational skills
✅ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
✅ Strong commitment to site safety and quality
