Role Overview
Our client is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of projects, from major construction to specialized refurbishment, managing budgets, contracts, and procurement with precision. You will support project teams in delivering high-quality outcomes while ensuring financial control and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans for a wide range of projects.
* Monitor project expenditure, variations, and final accounts.
* Assist in procurement, tendering, and subcontractor negotiations.
* Collaborate with project managers, clients, and contractors to ensure projects remain on time and on budget.
* Maintain accurate contract documentation and support reporting requirements.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or refurbishment projects.
* Strong understanding of cost management, contract administration, and project control.
* Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Relevant professional qualifications (MRICS/CIQS) are desirable but not essential.
