Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their professional team. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates, supporting bid submissions, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and within budget. You will collaborate with project managers, designers, and directors to provide reliable, detailed estimates for technically complex commercial and manufacturing projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for commercial and manufacturing projects.

* Analyse project specifications, drawings, and tender documentation to develop accurate pricing.

* Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.

* Manage subcontractor and supplier quotations to support bid submissions.

* Maintain accurate records of estimates and project costs.

* Support pre-construction planning and risk assessment processes.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience as an Estimator in construction, preferably commercial, industrial, or technical projects.

* Strong understanding of cost management, procurement, and contract procedures.

* Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively within project teams while maintaining attention to detail.

* Familiarity with technical construction and turnkey project requirements is desirable.
