Job Title: Site Manager – Temporary Modular Buildings
Location: Peterborough
Contract Duration: 17th September – 17th October

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee the installation and management of temporary modular buildings in Peterborough. This is a short-term contract role lasting one month, ideal for someone who can ensure smooth site operations, maintain health and safety standards, and manage teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations related to the installation of temporary modular buildings.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives to ensure timely delivery and installation.

Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Maintain site documentation, including daily reports and risk assessments.

Monitor site progress and report any issues or delays promptly.

Lead and supervise site teams, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.

Conduct regular site inspections and toolbox talks.

Requirements:

Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.

Current First Aid certification.

Proven experience managing construction or modular building sites.

Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation relevant to construction sites.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site efficiently.

Available to start on 17th September and work through to 17th October.
