Newly Qualified Quantity Surveyor – London (Hybrid)
Construction Consultancy

I'm partnering with a dynamic, independent construction consultancy who are looking for a newly qualified Quantity Surveyor to join their London team. This is an opportunity to take on responsibility early, work with an impressive client list, and develop your career in a consultancy that values both expertise and individuality.

You won't be pigeonholed here. Expect exposure across commercial, residential, and retail sectors, with a portfolio that includes big-name developers, investors, and occupiers. You'll be surrounded by a team that believes in collaboration, transparency, and delivering high-quality work with commercial impact.

The role will involve:

Contract administration (across JCT, NEC, GC Works, PPC 2000)
Cost planning, estimating, and material costings
Preparing tender/contract documents (SoWs, BoQs, procurement exercises)
Measurement (manual and CAD)
Reinstatement cost assessments
Supporting clients in getting the best value from their assets
What they're looking for:

A newly qualified Quantity Surveyor (MRICS or on the journey)
Cost consultancy experience in commercial, residential, and retail projects
Strong commercial awareness with attention to detail
Confident communicator who can build client relationships
A team player eager to take ownership and grow quickly
What's on offer:

Competitive salary + excellent benefits
Hybrid working with flexibility
iPhone & laptop provided
Private healthcare, life assurance & accident cover
25 days holiday + charity leave + long service awards
Cycle scheme & interest-free season ticket loan
Ongoing career development and mentorship
This is an exciting step for someone at the beginning of their QS career who wants more than just a standard consultancy role. If you're ambitious, commercially minded, and ready to make your mark, this could be the perfect fit.

Please get in touch with Andreea Hudson for more details on the client and opportunity.
