Senior Quantity Surveyor

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major residential development in Staines.

You will take the lead on the final phase of this scheme, overseeing the completion of two blocks comprising 158 build-to-rent units. This role offers the chance to step into a leadership position, guiding a small team and working closely with the wider project team to deliver a successful handover.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and mentor a small commercial team

* Oversee all surveying and cost management duties through the final phase of the project

* Work collaboratively with the wider site and client teams to ensure timely delivery

* Administer client contracts and manage commercial reporting

* Ensure financial control and project profitability

About You

* Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on large-scale residential schemes

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team

* Experience in client-facing roles with a solid understanding of contract administration

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* A proactive, detail-focused approach with the ability to work under pressure
