Building Surveyor

Our client is looking for a Building Surveyor to be based in Lancashire.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging experienced Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide professional and technical advice to head teachers and premises managers across diverse educational and operational environments. Your responsibilities will include delivering minor building projects and coordinating reactive repairs using established framework contractors within a designated geographical area

You will act as the first point of contact for our clients and is expected to be able to provide sound professional advice on all property related matters. Managing client relationships and setting expectations are fundamental for this customer focused role. Co-ordinating all contract work from inception to completion, advising on statutory requirements including Planning, Building Control, Asbestos and Fire Safety are necessary in order to assist our clients in fulfilling their Premises Management responsibilities. Providing advice on the priorities for planned programmes of work and at the same time responding to urgent reactive maintenance requirements are all part of our service

Pay £35.00 per hour – 40hrs per week
