Our client, a leading industry name supplying Composite Doors to the Fenestration / Glazing Industry, is on the hunt for a Business Development Manager to drive sales, onboard new clients, and manage key accounts. If you're a results-driven sales pro with a passion for growth and customer success, this is your chance to shine!

What You'll Do:

* Grow and develop customers across the Northern region.

* Identify, onboard, and support new Installer Partners.

* Drive performance, conduct reviews, and provide strategic insights.

* Act as a brand ambassador for our client, ensuring top-tier customer experience.

* Prospect and secure new business opportunities.

* Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and product launches.

* Track and report activities via CRM software.

* Attend industry events to build connections and brand awareness.

What You Bring:

* Proven success in business development or area sales management.

* Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.

* Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.

* A proactive, results-driven mindset.

* 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.

* Full UK driving licence and strong IT proficiency.
