Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Manager to join our team, focusing on the social housing sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in social housing projects and a proven track record in delivering adaptations, particularly under the Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage multiple contracts within the social housing sector, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Coordinate and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

*

Manage DFG-related projects, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations and client requirements.

*

Provide leadership and guidance to site teams, ensuring health and safety standards are maintained.

*

Monitor project performance and report on progress and any issues that arise.

Requirements:

Strong experience in contract management within the social housing sector.

Proven track record in delivering DFG adaptations or similar disability-related projects.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Ability to start immediately and hit the ground running.
