📍 UK-Wide (National Travel Required)

💷 £65,000 + Package

🕒 Permanent | Full-Time

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record in retail fit-out, ideally with Marks & Spencer or similar blue-chip clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality, fast-track fit-out projects across the UK, including major refurbishments, foodhalls, and full-line store transformations — all while working with a leading contractor on prestigious retail frameworks.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day site operations on live retail fit-out projects

Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain progress and quality

Ensure strict adherence to H&S regulations, site protocols, and brand standards

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and budgets

Deliver seamless results in operational (live trading) environments

✅ Candidate Requirements

To be considered, you must hold the following:

✅ Black CSCS Card (Management Level)

✅ NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or equivalent

✅ SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

✅ First Aid at Work (3-day)

✅ Duty to Manage Asbestos (Asbestos Awareness + Management understanding)

✅ Fire Marshall / Fire Warden Certification

🔄 Willing to travel nationwide and stay away when required

🧰 Previous experience on M&S or similar retail fit-out projects is highly desirable
