Location: Covering Reading & Oxford

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Multi Trader to work in social housing properties across Reading and Oxford. Duties will include:

Carrying out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks in tenanted and void properties

Working across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting, basic electrics, etc.)

Providing a high standard of workmanship and excellent customer service

Ongoing, consistent work

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Multi Trader within social housing or a similar role

Full UK driving licence

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Immediate availability preferred
