Quantity Surveyor

We have an amazing opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an amazing company, now looking to grow. They have been a real success story over the last decade and have continued to grow in a managed, controlled, and sensible manner, and have additional opportunities to work with both repeat existing and new clients who want to work with them.
Candidates must have the following skills, experience, and qualifications to be considered:
* Amazing communication skills
* Experience in drylining & Plastering is essential, as our client mainly do new build, high-end, residential.
* • Excellent negotiation and cost management skills.
* • Minimum 5 years’ Quantity Surveying experience.
* • Background in consultancy or contracting.
* • Proficient in invoice and payment collation/management.
* Can-do attitude
You will receive:
* Salary up to £ 60k Basic
