Marketing Executive

Required background: Housebuilding

We are working closely with an entrepreneurial SME housing developer who have exciting growth plans in place to increase delivery and turnover in the coming years.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to support our growing property development business. This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for a recent marketing graduate or someone with early experience, particularly in property or architecture.

You will play a key role in assisting with site marketing activities, presentation materials, and ensuring the accuracy of property listings across platforms such as Rightmove. You’ll support the marketing and sales teams by picking up critical but time-consuming tasks, freeing up senior staff to focus on strategy and client work.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and check 3D floorplans, flythroughs, site signage, and listings

* Spot errors in plans and marketing materials – accuracy is key

* Help manage site presentation and signage updates

* Support the sales team.

* Sites visit– onsite parking available

* General marketing admin – help with plans, images, signage, and documents

Requirements:

* Good attention to detail and solid organisational skills

* Comfortable with repetitive checking tasks

* Confident communicator and proactive attitude

Housebuilding or Estate Agency Sales & Marketing Experience
