The Role:

As a Site Manager, you’ll play a critical role in delivering projects on time, to spec, and to budget. From initial site set-up to project handover, you’ll ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects

*

Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery

*

Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed on-site

*

Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to maintain smooth communication

*

Monitor progress against project timelines and budgets

*

Report regularly to the Project Manager/Director

About You:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial fit-out or interiors

*

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications

*

Knowledge of health & safety regulations (SMSTS or SSSTS preferred)

*

Comfortable managing multiple subcontractors and trades on-site

*

Proactive, solution-focused, and hands-on approach

*

CSCS card required
