Job Title:- Senior Project Manager

With a turnover of over £200 million, one of UK’S leading Fit-out/Refurbishment Contractors is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Project Director to join their growing team. This Main Contractor is looking for a No.1 Senior Project Manager who can lead the team and deliver the project to the client's requirements and expectations on a 2 Stage tender basis on projects ranging between £70- £150 million The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 -10 years’ experience within Fit out/ Cut & Carve Refurbishment on a fast track basis.

Some of the key duties would include

* Pre construction

* Programming responsibility from contract programme onwards: design and build

* Site set up and strategy including logistics

* Planning

* Running the job as a number 1

* Daily site management and Progress reporting weekly

* Check contractors RAMS for approval, Tickets records and allocate inductions.

* Costing, Budgeting

* Check and Approve Benchmarks from contractors

* Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to

* Client liasion

* Reporting into the Contracts Manager

* Aftercare

* Finish with attention to budgets

Ideal candidate must have previous experience running his own Projects within fast track fit out,Cut& Carve/Refurbishment, must be ambitious, dynamic and client facing, must be able to travel to and fro site.

Ideal candidate must have CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS & FIRST Aid Site certifications.
