Job Title: Site Manager – Drilling & Piling
Location: Newcastle
Duration: 4 Weeks (Immediate Start)

About the Role
Linsco Recruitment are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a project in Newcastle. This is a short-term role, expected to last 4 weeks, with an ASAP start date. The successful candidate will take charge of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee drilling and piling works on site.
Manage subcontractors and coordinate daily site activities.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times.
Maintain site records, paperwork, and progress reports.
Liaise with project teams to resolve issues and keep the programme on track.
Requirements
Proven experience managing sites with drilling and piling works.
Valid SMSTS certification.
CSCS card (Black/Gold) desirable.
First Aid certification preferred.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
