Operations Executive
We are looking for a hands-on Operations Executive to take charge of our growing installation operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, can lead teams effectively, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
You will manage both in-house installation teams and external contractors, ensuring our energy reduction equipment is installed safely, efficiently, and on time. Projects range from small restaurant and pub installations to large-scale rollouts across hotels, shopping centres, manufacturing sites, and motorway service stations.
What you’ll be doing:

Managing and scheduling installation teams across the UK

Planning projects, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth delivery
*
Overseeing installation processes, including shutdowns and safety compliance
*
Problem-solving day-to-day issues and supporting your teams on-site
*
Driving productivity and efficiency through our installation CRM system

Strong organisational and communication skills

Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends where required
