We are seeking an experienced Civils Site Manager to join the delivery team on a £120m flagship infrastructure scheme in Northampton, with works programmed well into 2026.

The Role

As Civils Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the infrastructure, highways, and bridge works on site, including:

*

Overseeing day-to-day management of civils works.

*

Coordinating subcontractors, direct labour, and plant.

*

Driving programme delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and budget compliance.

*

Managing QA, reporting, and progress tracking.

*

Liaising with engineers, commercial teams, and project management.

Experience Required

*

Proven background as a Civils Site Manager on major infrastructure projects.

*

Experience across:

*

Highways and roundabouts

*

Soil nailing and ground stabilisation

*

Bridge structures and civils interfaces (CI)

*

General civils packages including drainage, earthworks, and RC works

Tickets / Certifications (Essential)

*

SMSTS

*

CSCS (Manager’s Black Card preferred)

*

First Aid
