We are looking for a main contractor’s Project Manager who will act as project lead on a £120m residential-led, new build, 300 unit development in Brent Cross.

* Cradle to grave delivery of a landmark development with a build value of over £100m.
* A healthy pipeline of similar, residential led major projects, all within the M25.
* A competitive working environment on profit-making projects.
Candidate Essentials
* Stable career record on large resi-led projects for main contractors in London.
* SMSTS and Black CSCS Card
* Asta powerproject proficiency preferred.
With interviews available from w/c 8/9/25, employment is expected to commence before Christmas and salary is a very competitive £100k to £120k + package
