Project Manager Construction

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the ten-strong main contractor’s production team on a landmark development in Walthamstow, which will see the redevelopment of a large site that was previously a public house into a new 500 capacity bar and music venue with 270 affordable residential units.

* Stable career record on large resi-led projects for main contractors in London.
* SMSTS and Black CSCS Card
* Asta powerproject proficiency preferred.
With interviews available from w/c 8/9/25, employment is expected to commence before Christmas and salary is a very competitive £100k to £120k + package
