The Project Manager's Role

The Project Manager will lead multiple construction schemes, coordinating key stakeholders and monitoring programme, cost and quality. You'll work on projects from early design through to delivery, supporting senior staff and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.

Strong communication, planning and reporting skills will be essential for success in this diverse project management role.

The Project Manager

Degree-qualified in Construction Project Management or related subject

3+ years' consultancy or client-side experience

Strong contract administration and stakeholder management skills

Good understanding of NEC and JCT contracts

En route to chartership or already chartered (APM, RICS or CIOB)
