The Project Manager's Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, liaising with clients and consultants, preparing reports and ensuring programme delivery. You will be expected to oversee design coordination, procurement, and site progress to ensure client satisfaction.

You'll work as part of a friendly and professional team that values quality delivery and long-term client relationships.

The Project Manager

Degree in Construction Project Management or similar

Minimum of 3 years' consultancy experience

Confident in contract administration and stakeholder engagement

Knowledge of NEC and JCT suite

Working towards chartered status with RICS, CIOB or APM
