We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join a high-profile strategic project. This is a permanent role offering long-term opportunities to work on major UK infrastructure project in Berkshire.

What you’ll be doing:
Administering and managing subcontractor accounts.
Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth commercial delivery.
Handling multiple subcontract packages valued between £10k and £500k.
Supporting both live projects in the commissioning phase and new work entering preconstruction.
Working closely within a supportive team structure that includes Senior QSs, an Assistant QS, and specialist MEP colleagues.
What we’re looking for:
Background in construction, fit-out, or similar (MEP experience not essential).
Proven experience managing subcontractor accounts of varying sizes.
Strong communication and commercial skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
What’s on offer:
Salary around £50,000 plus £5,000 car allowance.
