Quantity Surveyor (Developer Background) – £50,000–£60,000 + Package

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded professional with a developer background to play a key role in delivering projects to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of cost management and commercial control across projects.

*

Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, budgets, and tenders.

*

Provide accurate financial forecasting and reporting.

*

Manage sub-contractor accounts, valuations, and payments.

*

Ensure projects are delivered in line with financial targets and contractual obligations.

The Ideal Candidate:

*

Background in property development or a developer environment.

*

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

*

COINS software experience is highly desirable.

*

A proven track record of loyalty and longevity with previous employers.

*

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
