We're looking for a hands-on Fit Out Site Manager with a strong joinery background to lead retail fit out projects across the Midlands and North of England. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering quality finishes, knows their way around drawings, and can keep sites running smoothly from start to snag.
🔧 What You'll Be Doing

Overseeing day-to-day site operations on fast-paced fit out projects

Reading and interpreting technical drawings and joinery details

Coordinating trades, suppliers, and deliveries to meet tight deadlines

Ensuring health & safety compliance and maintaining site standards

Liaising with clients, project managers, and subcontractors

Managing snagging, handovers, and quality control
🧰 What You'll Need

Proven experience in fit out and joinery (ideally retail)

SMSTS certification (essential)

Ability to read and work from drawings confidently

Own van and tools (essential)

First Aid certification (preferred)

Strong communication and organisational skills

Willingness to travel across the Midlands and North of England
