About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a diverse variety of projects across the education, commercial and residential sectors. Whilst growing under the guidance of senior and technical colleagues, you will develop your design and leadership skills in a supportive, purpose-led environment.
About you
Our client is looking for a talented architect with a passion for sustainable design solutions with a good foundation of experience across a variety of sectors.
Suitable candidates should ideally be able to demonstrate:
A passion for designing impactful, meaningful and sustainable buildings.
At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in a design- and delivery-focused practice.
Proven experience leading projects from concept through to delivery.
A collaborative mindset—able to build rapport across disciplines and relationships.
Strong presentation and drawing skills, able to articulate and evolve design concepts clearly.
Capability to guide design and construction teams professionally.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
RIBA / ARB registered
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—particularly in client interaction and team presentations.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Proficiency in Revit and Enscape (highly valued).
Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign.
Experience preparing technical submissions, drawings, specifications, and reports.
