Our client is a leading multidisciplinary consultancy, delivering project management, cost management, and advisory services for some of the UK’s most complex and high-profile schemes. They are recognised for their expertise in healthcare and public sector projects, where they provide strategic guidance, innovative solutions, and exceptional delivery to clients across the NHS and private healthcare providers.

They are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their healthcare team, driving the successful delivery of capital projects that improve patient care and community outcomes.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dedicated, collaborative team on projects that genuinely make a difference.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing healthcare projects from inception through to completion, ensuring quality, time, and budget objectives are met.

* Leading stakeholder engagement, including Trust boards, clinicians, and technical teams.

* Preparing and managing project programmes, risk registers, and governance documentation.

* Coordinating design, procurement, and construction activities across multi-disciplinary teams.

* Supporting business case development in line with NHS and public sector requirements (SOC, OBC, FBC).

* Ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare standards, regulations, and best practice.

About the Requirements

* Proven experience managing capital projects within the healthcare sector (NHS or private healthcare).

* Strong knowledge of public sector procurement routes and governance processes.

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable engaging with clinical and executive teams.

* APM, Prince2, or equivalent project management qualification desirable.

* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative, client-focused culture.
