Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join the team. This role will oversee the delivery of electrical works across a range of retrofit, commercial, and renewable energy projects. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership skills, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate electrical teams across various projects.
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and industry standards.
Carry out site inspections and oversee day-to-day operations.
Liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers to support smooth project delivery.
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation, including reports and certifications.
Champion health and safety across all sites.

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
Valid ECS or CSCS card.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
Proven supervisory experience (ideally within M&E, renewables, or retrofit).
Strong technical knowledge of domestic and commercial electrical systems.
Full UK driving licence (van and fuel card provided).
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
