Site Manager

Are you an experienced Site Manager looking to lead high-value industrial projects?
We're seeking a confident and capable Number 1 Site Manager to oversee the delivery of industrial units valued up to £10 million. This is a permanent position reporting directly to an on-site Project Manager, offering long-term career growth within a dynamic and supportive construction team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel with a hands-on approach.
Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure smooth communication and reporting.
Monitor progress and resolve any site issues proactively.
Ensure accurate documentation and site records are maintained.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial or commercial construction projects.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent knowledge of construction processes, health & safety regulations, and site logistics.
SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card preferred), and First Aid certifications.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive performance on-site
