Fit out site manager
Ridgeway & Co are working with a leading fit out subcontractor in their search for an experienced Site Manager to join the delivery team on a interior fit out contract in Cambridge.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery
* Supervise subcontractors, trades, and labour to maintain programme and standards
* Oversee site logistics, health and safety compliance, and quality control
* Report progress, risks, and issues to the Project Manager and senior team
* Lead site meetings with subcontractors and contribute to client progress updates
* Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and company procedures
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager with a Tier 1 main contractor
* Demonstrated success managing medium to large-scale projects
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety, and site management best practice
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications
