We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a prestigious and fast-growing residential developer specialising in luxury, bespoke homes across the Cotswolds. With several new sites due to commence in the coming months, this is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the delivery of high-quality projects for discerning clients.

The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of multiple high-end residential developments, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards of craftsmanship, on time and within budget. You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, consultants and the senior leadership team to maintain the exceptional reputation the company has built.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee multiple live sites across the Cotswolds region.

Ensure all projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations.

*

Lead and support Site Managers and wider project teams.

*

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.

*

Monitor health & safety compliance and uphold company standards at all times.

*

Report regularly to Directors on progress, risks, and opportunities.

About You

*

Proven track record as a Contracts Manager (or Senior Project Manager stepping up) within high-end residential construction.

*

Strong technical knowledge of bespoke house building and finishing to exacting standards.

*

Exceptional organisational and leadership skills.

*

Ability to communicate confidently with clients and high-net-worth individuals.

*

Based within commutable distance of Cheltenham, with willingness to travel to sites across the Cotswolds.
