Position Overview
My client is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of fit-out, refurbishment, extension, internal demolition, and “cut & carve” projects, predominantly located across the Northwest of England.
Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple concurrent projects, ranging in value from £50k to £5 million.
Manage a mix of commercial, residential, and healthcare projects, particularly fit-out, refurbishment, extensions, “cut & carve” work, and internal demolition.
Oversee all project phases from pre-construction through to completion across the Northwest region.
Coordinate in-house labour and plant operations to exert cost, schedule, and quality control, ensuring seamless delivery.
Uphold high standards in Health & Safety, maintaining professionalism, attention to detail, and transparent communication with clients.
Engage closely with stakeholders, clients, consultants, and sub-contractors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

Essential Experience
Minimum 5 years Project Management experience.
Previous experience working on a diverse range of projects, such as commercial, healthcare, and residential (all 3 not essential).
Experience on projects ranging from £50k to £5 million.
Experience working on fit-out, refurbishment, extension, “cut & carve,” and internal demolition works.
Ability to visit projects within the Northwest of England.
Strong ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
Profound understanding of project governance, cost/schedule control, Health & Safety standards, and stakeholder management.
What My Client Offers
Annual salary of £55k–£65k (depending on experience and qualifications).
