Groundworks Working Foreman/Supervisor

Osenka recruitment are looking for an experienced Groundwork's Working Foreman to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven leadership skills in groundwork's and civil engineering, who is looking for long-term, stable employment.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Supervising and leading a team of ground workers on site.

*

Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification.

*

Hands-on involvement in groundwork's tasks (drainage, kerbing, concreting, ducting, paving, site prep on residential development

*

Coordinating with site management, subcontractors, and suppliers.

*

Monitoring progress, quality, and health & safety compliance.

*

Completing all necessary site paperwork

Start date: ASAP

Duration: permanent

Location: Corby

Rate: Negotiable

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Working Foreman or Supervisor within groundwork's/civil engineering.

*

CSCS card (gold/black preferred).

*

SSSTS/SMSTS certification desirable.

*

Strong communication and organisational skills.

*

Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
