Site Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day operations on-site for a variety of construction projects in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all on-site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, health and safety standards, and legal regulations.

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and site workers.
*
Monitor project progress, identify any delays, and implement corrective actions.
*
Ensure proper use and maintenance of plant, tools, and materials.
*
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project transparency.
*
Maintain accurate site records including daily diaries, risk assessments, method statements, and progress reports.
*
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety compliance.
*
Attend and lead site meetings, reporting to the Project Manager and/or Contracts Manager.
