Contracts Manager

An established and award-winning construction business is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee high-quality projects across South Wales. The role offers the opportunity to work on bespoke new builds, restorations, and heritage schemes, delivering to the very highest standards.

Responsibilities

Manage contracts from the tender stage through to completion.
Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and in-house trades.
Control budgets, procurement, and construction programmes.
Ensure compliance with health & safety and building regulations.
Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Support and mentor site staff.

Requirements

Proven experience managing medium to large construction projects.
Strong commercial awareness and contract management skills.
Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of listed-building and heritage projects (desirable).
Effective leadership and communication skills.
