Project Manager – Roofing & Cladding

Salary: Up to £50,000

Location: Remote working with visits across the South of England (M25 and M4 corridor)

I am working with a specialist roofing and cladding contractor who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven experience in the sector to take ownership of projects and deliver them successfully from start to finish.

The Role:

* Manage roofing and cladding projects from pre-construction through to completion

* Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality standards across multiple sites

* Coordinate with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery

* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues

* Ensure all health, safety, and compliance standards are met

* Report on project performance to senior management

The Candidate:

* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in roofing and cladding project management

* Strong organisational and leadership skills

* Able to communicate effectively with clients, site teams, and senior management

* Comfortable working from home while regularly visiting sites along the M25 and M4 corridor

* Full UK driving licence

Package:

* Salary up to £50,000 (depending on experience)

* Home-based working with travel expenses covered
