Senior Quantity Surveyor

Drylining Quantity Surveyor – North West

We are seeking an experienced Drylining Quantity Surveyor to manage procurement, surveying, financial budgets, and all commercial aspects of projects across the North West (Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside, and Cheshire). Projects range in value from £50,000 to £8 million.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurate and timely preparation of valuations and final accounts

*

Production of monthly financial reports and cashflow forecasts

*

Measurement for schedules of works and bills of quantities

*

Procurement of projects and preparation of tender/contract documentation

Requirements:

*

Proven experience in commercial and practical aspects of drylining and finishing trades

*

Strong numerical accuracy, organisation, and communication skills

*

CSCS card & full UK driving licence

*

Proficiency with electronic information processing (GDPR compliant)

*

Eligible to work full time in the UK
